Gasparilla.....kicked my butt!

I'll post a full update tomorrow about the 15k....but I learned humility today.  WORST RACE EVER (for me).  I'll try to gain some personal insight between now and the time I write my race recap, but I promise it won't be pretty!

    It was definitely hot out there today! We had a pretty poor run too - finished, but not strong.
